  Leprechaun
Customs of St. Patrick's Day

Wisdom, kindness and love to the people have made St. Patrick one of the respectable saint in the world and that's why St. Patrick's Day is celebrated each year 17th of March as a day of delight, happiness and gaiety from Dublin to Sydney, from New York to Moscow.
This holiday traditionally celebrated in green clothes, because this color is the symbol of spring, Ireland and the shamrock. Sometimes St. Patrick's Day is associated with Leprechaun - Irish fairy, a small man often dressed like a shoemaker, with a cocked hat and a leather apron. His portraits are everywhere on this day: on the T-shirts, posters, emblems etc.
